Join Our Team: Business Development Leader – Physical Technology Development

EPAM Continuum is seeking a strategic and experienced Business Development Leader to fuel our growth in Physical Technology Development. This role is focused on generating new sales leads and opportunities within our key focus areas: MedTech, connected devices, and robotics/automation.

This is the right opportunity for you if you have: 
- 10+ years of consultative sales expertise in selling physical technology and product development services and a track record of winning complex, high-value deals 
- A strong network of senior leaders in MedTech, robotics, and/or connected devices industries 
- A proven ability to penetrate accounts and build a pipeline 
- A passion for collaboration and building long-term client relationships 

This is a hybrid role, offering remote flexibility with the need for in-person collaboration at our Boston, MA office for key client and team meetings.
