He oversees compliance for the technical and administrative infrastructure of the Mayo Clinic Platform, ensuring the development and deployment of innovative technologies in the device and biopharma sectors adhere to regulatory standards. His previous experience includes roles in research and development within Medtronic Inc.'s cardiovascular business, consultation with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and risk management in ultra-high net worth finance. |
 | Brandon Arbitor Brandon Arbiter is a founding team member and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Tidepool, a nonprofit organization dedicated to modernizing diabetes management through open, interoperable technology. He leads Tidepool’s device partnerships and clinical pilots, working to bring innovative solutions to people with diabetes and their care teams. A person with diabetes himself, Brandon was an early adopter of open-source technologies such as Nightscout, OpenAPS, and Loop. Beyond his work at Tidepool, he serves the broader diabetes community through his roles on the International Board of Directors for Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and the ADCES Technology Advisory Committee. Brandon lives in Ken Caryl Valley outside Denver, Colorado, with his wife and their five-year-old son. |
